So today went pretty well. Me and the roomie stayed up until 3:30 am talking and so I got a super late start this morning but I still forced myself to go to the gym for a run on the treadmill for an hour. So I did my official weigh and I have learned one valuable lesson. Only get on the scale once. I have this strange habit of getting on the scale 3 times in a row and trusting the number I see twice rather than once. Unfortunately today this has worked against me.
